3 bedroom/2 bath home, 2 mile from UTD, to share with 2 roommates.

Female roommate wanted for 1700 sq. ft home located near intersection of Renner/Lookout (1 mile from UTD) (2 women currently live in house). Current tenants are a quiet professional (with ties to UTD) and an older graduate student. We enjoy having... occasional meals and other activities together (2-3 times per month), but mostly live independent lives.
Sublet is for one bedroom (one person) and a shared (large) bathroom.
Living room/dining room are furnished. Kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, appliances and dishes which you are free to use (but there is also ample storage area for your own food/cookware). Bedrooms are large (11 x 12 ft) with large closets, and additional storage space is available if needed. There is a yard and a shaded patio with a gas grill. Neighborhood is quiet, mostly single family homes.
I have a small 12 lb dog who is mostly friendly, and likes being affectionate (if you like dogs).
