The property is great, but the best part is that Von even helped us secure a place on her day off!! We are in the process of selling our house and needed to vacate quickly to be able to show the house. Thank God for people who do their jobs with such enthusiasm and dedication!!!

New ownership group just moved in and the new management team is a joke. Changing locks to 24-7 spaces like the package locker and I didn’t receive notification. No resident portal to make payments and received an eviction notice because the new ownership moved in and didn’t notify me that I needed to make a payment elsewhere. Avoid like the plague.

Staff was very helpful and gave me all the info needed. Any questions I had were answered. Application process very easy and signing lease and move in where extremely smooth. Love the welcome gift.

I enjoy living Kinstead McKinney. I’ve been here for a few years and there’s no other place I’d rather be. The office is very kind and responsive. The maintenance workers take very good care of the property. I would highly recommend living here.
