Room for rent in 3k square foot home Plano home. ~10-15 min drive to campus (north of UTD). The room is in a 5 bedroom home with 2 female and 1 male. One is a current UTD student, the other just graduated UTD recently and the other works as a... dietician full time (22, 24, and 25). You will only share a bathroom with 1 other person and you will have your own sink. All roomates are very clean and respectful. Any new roomate is expected to be as well. There is one very sweet, well-behaved dog named Trixie. Your room will have a queen bed already and a desk. There is a pool, hot tub, balcony, and movie room with surround sound. There are 2 fridges in the house and you get all your owns space for dishes and pantry area. $400 refundable deposit. Utilities are split between all the roomates.
