There is no way this apartment complex has four plus stars. I hated my time here. Many unruly neighbors and management does nothing about . Trash and dog poop everywhere. Minimal parking. The worst is management: rude, condescending, and liars. Don’t rent here!

I saw the pictures and read the reviews so even though it's a little pricey for Richardson, I checked them out. Loved the model, but the unit I got is of far less quality. Very disappointing!
I'm surprised that the list amenities is not really accurate so if you check them out be sure you know what your getting in your unit.
There are also many additional charges not mentioned which I also found disappointing since there was no mention of these till it came time to sign my lease.
It also... doesn't look like the pictures. The grounds are poorly kept and parking is an absolute nightmare.
I really regret not looking more because for the price I expected what was on their website.

The outside looks great at first glance, but the workmanship of the apartments is anything but lacking. Thin, cheap wood flooring, fake granite that isn't laid properly, and the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations and phone ring. Not to mention if you live on a lower level you will be amazed how loud your upstairs neighbors sound due to the thin flooring and the high ceilings make it worse cause the noise echoes. You would swear your ceiling is collapsing.
The pictures... also don't show the trash, dog poop, and other disgusting things that cover the grounds both on the exterior and interior even the hallways and elevators.
Now most of those things you might say you would find anywhere, but the management is completely incompetent to take care of such a large property and they are utterly lacking in customer service relations. The leasing manager is constantly changing and so is the staff so any service requests can take months to get completed.
I have lived in apartments all over Dallas/Fort Worth and have never come across such a negative experience. For the price it is not worth it. You should get ALOT more for your money.

These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. We have actually choosen to break our lease. When we first moved in the management was awesome! The staff was so friendly, the place was well kept, clean, Teresa the manager was amazing. She would call or e-mail every few weeks just to check in. We loved it. Then the new management took over and the place did a complete turn around. The halls are disgusting, they are filled with trash, old food, spilt drinks, hair everywhere, and... trails of spilt trash from where the Trash Valet spilt trash and didn't clean it up. The halls just stink of trash and weed all the time. The sound of rap music is constantly playing. One resident has a hair business going on in her apartment which cause a lot of people coming and going. The office staff is so rude and doesn't know anything. They alsqays say I don't know and when you ask to speak to a manager they say no they are to busy. I have left 11 messages now for a call back and still nothing. Maintenance is horrible. It takes 4-6 weeks to get anything done. The other day the office lady ask the maintenance guy to help with something and he told her no and walked away. Nothing gets done. There is always breakins and I just feel disgusting walking down the hall from all the trash. There was even a bloodly mattress in the hall for a couple of days. The stairwells are even worse, food everywhere. The main floor in the main building is kept very nice, because that is what new residents see when they are being shown around. It is not worth the price or headache. These apartments can't compare to the other ones in Cityline.

Once a new company took over, all customer service went out the window. It became so bad I decided to break my lease rather than stay.
The apartments were built so poorly the photos on the website don't show you, that you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. The traffic is so loud you feel like the cars are literally going to run into your apartment.
There are too many better choices, don't settle on this overpriced place.
